You must use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of the App Store or Google Play. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Certain features may require a paid subscription, billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the respective platform’s policies.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our Services, including attempting to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or interfering with their normal operation.

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with Smart Biscuits and its apps are owned by Smart Biscuits or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer & liability
Our Services are provided “as is.” Practice scores and AI -evaluated feedback are study aids and do not guarantee results on any official examination. To the extent permitted by law, Smart Biscuits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
